The MH241 is a TSC 4-inch industrial printer that prints at up to 356 mm per second at 203 dpi. It loads a 600 m ribbon and a 203.2 mm (8 in) OD label roll at once, and with a die-cast print mechanism and a bi-fold metal cover, the unit weighs 15.35 kg.
The uses TSC names are process labels, product marking, compliance labels, packing and order fulfillment, and receiving, shipping, and inventory management. It is the fastest in the series and prints single labels up to 25,400 mm long, so it goes on lines where throughput matters more than resolution.

The MH241 speed setting range is 2-14 ips, and the factory default is 6 ips. Criteria for choosing a resolution are covered in 203 dpi vs. 300 dpi.
Standard, Advanced, and Premium configurations
The MH241 with nothing after the name is the Standard, with a T it is the Advanced, and with a P it is the Premium. Resolution, speed, and print width are the same on all three.
- The MH241T is the same size as the Standard (276 x 326 x 502 mm) and weighs 15.43 kg.
- The MH241P has an 8 in OD (3 in core) internal rewinder as standard, so its height increases from 326 mm to 412 mm and its weight to 18.93 kg.
- The MH241 and MH241T take a 5 in OD internal rewind kit as a dealer option.
Sensor calibration and print position adjustment
When you change media, run Menu → Sensor → Auto Calibration on the 3.5 in color display. For media that auto calibration does not handle correctly, enter the media length and gap or black mark size directly in Manual Calibration.
If the image prints shifted within the label, move Shift X (horizontal) and Shift Y (vertical) under Menu → Setting in the range of -999 to 999 dots. If the label stops in the wrong position, adjust Offset within the same -999 to 999 dot range. When using ZPL2 commands, the Tear Off (-120 to 120 dots), Label Top, and Left Position items serve the same purpose.
Interfaces
RS-232, USB 2.0, and 10/100 Mbps Ethernet are standard, and the 2 front USB host ports accept a barcode scanner or PC keyboard. GPIO (DB15F), Centronics, and internal Bluetooth 5.0 are factory options, and the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth combo module is a dealer option.
