ZT410 discontinuation and end-of-support schedule
Zebra discontinued the ZT410 4-inch industrial printer on October 1, 2020. Manufacturer service and support ended on September 1, 2025 in North America, Europe, and Latin America, and on December 1, 2025 in Asia-Pacific. The successor model designated by Zebra is the ZT411.

On the 600 dpi model, a single label can be up to 508 mm long; the 203 and 300 dpi models print labels up to 991 mm. The print width is 104 mm at all three resolutions.
Labels and ribbons that carry over to the ZT411
Both models have the same label specifications. Tear-off and cutter take 25.4-114 mm wide labels, peel and rewind take 25.4-108 mm, with a thickness of 0.058-0.25 mm and rolls up to 203 mm OD (76 mm core). The ribbons also match at 51-110 mm wide, 450 m long, and a 25 mm core, so supplies left in stock can continue to be used on the ZT411.
What changes is operation and connectivity. The ZT411 comes standard with a 4.3-inch color touch display, Bluetooth 4.1, and two USB host ports, and adds an 802.11ax Wi-Fi option.
ZT410 standard ports and option slots
USB 1.1, RS-232 serial, 10/100 Ethernet, USB host, Bluetooth, and NFC (Print Touch) are standard. Bluetooth communicates with mobile devices within a 3 m radius.
Options include wireless LAN (802.11 a/b/g/n or a/b/g/n/ac), IEEE 1284 parallel, and an applicator interface (DB15F). The wireless LAN card fits only in the upper option slot. On units with the a/b/g/n/ac card, Bluetooth changes to 4.1. Serial connects with a null-modem cable up to 15.24 m.
