The 3-inch ZQ300 that also prints store price labels
The ZQ320 lets staff who issue checkout receipts in the store also print shelf price tags and discount labels with the same device. 80 mm media is standard, and inserting the spacer switches it to 76 mm media.
The body is 117.7 mm wide and weighs 0.43 kg with the battery. The dark gray model has a scratch-resistant exterior for outdoor work, and the silver and black models were released with in-store use in mind.
Using linerless labels
Linerless labels have no backing paper, so up to 60% more labels are wound on one roll. On a model limited to 40 mm roll OD, this reduces roll changes, and there is no used liner to collect and throw away.
It accepts media 0.05334-0.16 mm thick. With its IP54 sealed construction, loading waterproof media prints text and barcodes that stay readable even in rain or snow.
Wireless LAN option and remote management
Configurations with wireless LAN use 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.2 at the same time, and when moving around the store they keep the connection with 802.11r fast roaming.
The Bluetooth remote management app connects to an Android device over a second Bluetooth channel and sends printer status to Printer Profile Manager Enterprise or SOTI MobiControl. It runs separately from the print channel, so printing is not interrupted during remote updates or checks.
Zebra support ended at the end of 2025, so additional units are the ZQ320 Plus. Drivers for existing units are in the ZQ320 downloads.
