0.37 kg, the 58 mm model in the ZQ300 series
At 0.37 kg with the battery and a volume of 601.7 cc, the ZQ310 is the one that is less of a burden to hang on a belt clip and carry all day. It uses 58 mm receipt paper as standard, and with the spacer inserted it switches to 50.8 mm media.
Status is shown with LEDs, without a display. Media rolls up to 40 mm OD fit, and it accepts the CPCL and ZPL command languages. Drivers for units in use are in the ZQ310 downloads.
Criteria for choosing black mark media
The standard sensor is for black marks, and the gap sensor is optional. The black mark sensor reads only marks on the top side of the media, so receipt rolls with black marks printed on the back cannot be positioned on this model.
Receipts print from 12.5 mm, and in line mode there is no length limit. Media is torn off directly; there is no cutter.
Charging equipment configuration
The battery is a 2,280 mAh (7.2 V) PowerPrecision+ lithium-ion. On a desk, use the 1-slot docking cradle or the 1-slot battery charger; in store back rooms running several units, keep the 5-slot docking charger that holds 5 printers at once and the charger for 3 batteries.
When working in the field, plug the AC-USB adapter into an outlet or charge in the car with the cigarette lighter-USB adapter. Charging works at 0-40°C.
